Michael Troncoso is a partner at Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP, focusing on securities fraud class actions and advising institutional investors on corporate governance and policy issues. Previously, he served as chief counsel and chief of public policy to California Attorney General Kamala D. Harris, playing a lead role in securing the $20 billion National Mortgage Settlement and recovering nearly $1 billion for public pension funds. He is a graduate of UC Berkeley and Georgetown Law.
