Ronald Lenz is Director of Innovation and Programme Director for MENA at the Hague Institute for Innovation of Law (HiiL). Through the Justice Accelerator, he has supported over 170 startups across Africa and the Middle East. With HiiL's Justice Innovation Labs, he collaborates with governments and institutions to design and scale new justice services. Ronald also leads HiiL's AI strategy. As Programme Director MENA, he oversees country programmes in Tunisia, Syria, and Iraq.
