Sophie is co-founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of FIIND Impact, an Amsterdam-based investment consultant and advisory boutique dedicated to impact investing. FIIND Impact advises investors developing impact mandates aligned with their mission and values, performing due diligence on impact funds across asset classes. Sophie is also the director of the FIIND Impact Foundation, which publishes research to support investors in moving their portfolios where the money is needed. Prior to FIIND Impact, she founded Phenix Capital in 2012 and has held numerous roles in advisory, sales, research and product development at Jupiter Asset Management (London) and Commerzbank Asset Management (Frankfurt) before that. She holds a PhD in statistics from the University of Kassel, Germany and wrote her Master Thesis on Environmental Impact Assessment in 1992.
