Christopher Kaminker, Managing Director, is Head of the Sustainable Investment Research & Analytics team within the BlackRock Investment Institute (BII). He is as well the Deputy Head of Sustainable and Transition Solutions (STS).
Prior to joining BlackRock he was Group Head of Sustainable Investment at Lombard Odier. Before that Kaminker worked at SEB, a Nordic banking group, where he was head of sustainable finance research and a senior advisor in capital markets. He has been vice-chair of the Swiss Bankers Association sustainable finance expert committee, commissioner of the Energy Transitions Commission, and member of the Executive Committee of the Green Bond Principles. Kaminker also spent 7 years as the lead economist and policy advisor for sustainable finance at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development.
