Judging panel

Lisa Brüggen is director of Netspar, professor of financial services at Maastricht University and professor of pension communication and choice guidance at Tilburg University.  She is an internationally recognised expert in choice guidance and retirement communication, financial behaviour, and financial wellbeing. Her work has been published in leading international journals.

Martijn Euverman has been a partner at consultancy firm Sprenkels since 2007 and advises investment committees of Dutch pension funds. Euverman has an actuarial (AAG) and investment engineering (CFA) background and has previously worked at ABN Amro, KPMG consulting and Watson Wyatt.

Chantal de Groot has been working at Ortec Finance since 2006 as a consultant for Dutch pension funds. She was closely involved in the creation of the WTP and now assists various funds and social partners in the decision-making process surrounding the design of a new contract and the transition to it. She also supports funds in the implementation of their participant guidance programmes.

Vinod Raghoebarsing is executive director (CEO) at the Nedlloyd Pension Fund. Here, he is responsible for the transition to a future-proof solution. He has also recently become executive director at Ikea Pension Fund and will deal with the transition to the new scheme (WTP). Previously, he was chairman and director of the investment committee of Foundation Pension Fund Deutsche bank NL.
