Erik heads the investment team at VGZ, a leading not-for-profit healthcare insurance cooperative servicing approximately 4 million Dutch members. VGZ’s investment portfolio has dual financial and sustainability objectives. These include amongst others a 10% allocation to impact investments by the end of 2025 and an active ownership stance with a particular focus on the public and private healthcare market space directly relevant to VGZ members. Erik joined VGZ in 2020, having worked previously at AXA Investment Managers, as a fiduciary manager to Dutch pension funds, ACTIAM, as its chief investment officer), Citigroup, in various alternative credit roles, and ING Investment Management, in several fixed Income roles. Erik holds a master’s degrees Econometrics obtained at Tilburg University in 1991.

Jana Bour is the Head of Policy and EU Partnerships at Impact Europe. With more than 10 years of experience in EU policy making, she joined Impact Europe from EPRA, the European Public Real Estate Association, where she led work on policy strategies regarding the EU Green Deal and its Sustainable Finance agenda. In her earlier career, Jana gathered political experience in the European Parliament after which she moved to the private sector representing and advocating for the interests of private property owners (UIPI) and then to BDO, the fifth largest network of public accounting, tax and advisory firms in the world.

Céline Claudon

Céline Claudon joined IWC in 2005 and is today working with IWC’s commercial strategy and the promotion of natural capital investments. Prior to this role, Céline spent 18 years identifying and evaluating timberland investment managers as well as selecting fund, secondary, co-investment, and separate account investment opportunities on behalf of IWC’s institutional clients, representing a total natural capital portfolio of over USD 5 billion. Céline is member of IWC’s Executive Committee, Sustainability Committee, and Business Development Committee. Céline holds an MBA from the University of Northern Iowa, USA, and a Master in Finance from the University of Paris-Saclay, France. Prior to joining IWC, Céline worked for the Investors Relations department of RCI Banque and as an Attaché to the Financial Counselor of the French Embassy in Denmark.

Jacqueline Duiker

Jacqueline Duiker has served as a senior manager at VBDO since 2014, developing the direction of progress in embedding risks, opportunities and impacts of climate change, human rights and biodiversity in financial decision making. She focuses on approaches of investors and companies that drive real change and acts in public/private multi-stakeholder initiatives to further sustainable finance.
She founded Future Value Matters in 2009 to further independent thought leadership on sustainable value creation within a private and a public sector context.
Jacqueline has served as a member of the Supervisory Board of organizations such as Stichting Taal naar Keuze, and the Corporate Human Rights Benchmark. She is a financial economist and registered controller by training and has work experience in management consulting and financial services.

Gerald Evelyn

Gerald Evelyn is a Senior Client Portfolio Manager and Lead for the Fixed Income Product Management team at Invesco. Gerald joined Invesco in 2020. Prior to his current role, he served as a client portfolio manager for the Global Debt team. Before joining the firm, he was a managing director and head of impact investing for North America at Artesian Capital Management. Prior to that, he was a managing director and head of institutional hedge fund sales at Susquehanna International Group. Before that, Gerald was an executive director and head of institutional credit hedge fund sales at Morgan Stanley. Earlier in his career, he was a principal and head of institutional credit hedge fund sales at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Gerald earned a BA degree in history from Yale University and an MBA with a concentration in analytical finance and statistics from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Anne Gram is a board member and investment committee professional with a passion for sustainability, with a special focus on climate and biodiversity. Anne’s mission is to put her experience to use by helping direct capital flows sustainably to contribute to the well-being of the planet and future generations. Anne has over 30 years of work experience in the financial sector. She commenced her career as an analyst and progressed to portfolio manager, then to Chief Investment Officer and Director of Investments at large asset managers, including Robeco, ABN Amro Asset Management, and Fortis Mees Pierson. Anne started her own company in 2006 and has since held many positions, often as board and/or investment committee member at pension funds, including current positions at ATP (Denmark), ABP, pension funds of the doctors (SPH), ING, IBM, Hal, United Pensions and Fonds1818. Additionally, she is chair of the supervisory board of ASN Impact Investors and of the advisory board of ASN Biodiversity Fund, member of the advisory board of FairClimateFund and member of the board of Planetary Responsibility Foundation, a Danish foundation set up with the sole purpose of protecting and preserving our planet’s nature and biodiversity and supporting sustainable development through mission-driven investments.

Vicky van Heck

Vicky van Heck has been with Achmea Investment Management since January 2021 as an Advisor on Responsible and Impact Investing. Vicky is responsible for supporting pension funds in formulating and implementing their impact policies. She also focuses on the development and execution of impact due diligence, monitoring, and reporting. Vicky has over 13 years of experience in the financial sector, initially as a strategic consultant at PwC and later at VBDO. At VBDO, she conducted various studies on impact investing by pension funds and collaborated with WNF (World Wildlife Fund) and IUCN (International Union for Conservation of Nature) to enable investments in nature. Vicky completed her studies in Economics and Law at Erasmus University Rotterdam.

Nick brings over 15 years’ experience in leading investment and technical advisory services across forestry, agriculture and climate finance. He has been the Managing Director of the AGRI3 fund, an initiative of Rabobank and UNEP, aiming to mobilize public and private investment into nature-based solutions across forest conservation and sustainable agriculture. He has previously held roles as an Investment Director in leading impact investor Mirova Natural Capital and consulting firm PwC. After working at the world’s largest flower auction, she became an entrepreneur in the flower industry and discovered more about its impact on the climate and environment. Ruben Timmerman

Ruben Timmerman is Founding Funder and Operations Director at The School for Moral Ambition. He founded edtech startup Springest in 2008 and sold it in 2021, after investments from Sanoma Media and HAL / FD Mediagroup. Springest won several awards for employer of the year and had offices with 60 people in Amsterdam and Berlin. Ruben has since then invested in a dozen purpose driven startups, a few impact funds, and took a public pledge to donate 10% of both his income and wealth to good causes. He's also involved in Instituut for Publieke Economie and Volt Europa as both donor and advisor.
